چکیده
The Sun cubE onE (SEE) is a 12U CubeSat mission proposed for phase A/B study to the Italian Space Agency that will investigate Gamma and X-ray fluxes ultraviolet (UV) solar emission support studies in Sun-Earth interaction Weather from LEO. More detail, SEE’s primary goals are measure flares soft-X ray energy range monitor activity Fraunhofer Mg II doublet at 280 nm, taking advantage of full disk imager payload. be studied with unprecedented temporal resolution multi-wavelength approach thanks combined use silicon photodiode photomultiplier (SiPM) -based detectors. flare spectrum explored keV MeV energies by same payload, cadence up 10 kHz single-photon detection capabilities unveil sources flares. covers bands used GOES satellites, which standard magnitude definition. At time SiPM detectors scintillators allow cover non-thermal bremsstrahlung gamma range. Given its UV imaging capabilities, SEE key space asset detailed on activity, especially relation radiation strongly interacts upper layers Earth’s atmosphere, safety, included field human exploration. main goal payload evolution band two different scales: yearly variations along cycle transient during events. index commonly as proxy Sun-as-a-star paradigm, irradiance correlate stratospheric ozone concentrations other physical parameters Earth high atmosphere. data together ground-based observatories provide Solar (e.g. Orbiter, IRIS, GONG, TSST), particle GOES, MAXI, CSES) geomagnetic multi-instrument/multi-wavelength/multi-messenger approach.

Validation of a synoptic solar wind model
[1] We present a validation of a three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic model for the solar corona and the inner heliosphere. We compare the results of the model with long-term satellite data at 1 AU for a 1 year period during solar minimum and another year period of solar maximum. Overall, the model predicts rather well the magnitude of the magnetohydrodynamical variables for solar minimum cond...
متن کاملMulti - wavelength Analysis of a Quiet Solar Region
We present observations of a solar quiet region obtained by the ground-based Dutch Open Telescope (DOT), and by instruments on the spacecraft SOHO and TRACE. The observations were obtained during a coordinated observing campaign on October 2005. The aim of this work is to present the rich diversity of fine-scale structures that are found at the network boundaries and their appearance in differe...

The observed photospheric magnetic field is a crucial parameter for understanding a range of fundamental solar and heliospheric phenomena. متن کاملMulti-Cube Computation
Computing a -attribute datacube requires the computation of an aggregate function over all groups generated by interrelated GROUP-BYs. In this paper, we focus on multi-cube computation. We extend the algorithms for single datacube computation to process multiple datacubes simultaneously. The issue we intend to explore is the memory utilization. We propose two multi-cube algorithms, namely, a so...
متن کاملSolar Observations with a Millimeter-Wavelength Array1
Rapid developments in the techniques of interferometry at millimeter wavelengths now permit the use of telescope arrays similar to the Very Large Array at microwave wavelengths. These new arrays represent improvements of orders of magnitude in the spatial resolution and sensitivity of millimeter observations of the Sun, and will allow us to map the solar chromosphere at high spatial resolution ...
